When this happens, patients are forced to move on with their lives, and they forget the feeling of moving the fingers they lost.
Prosthetic fingers are available, but rehabilitation can be difficult.
That is what makes Re-Finger, which replicates finger movement by interpreting the body’s EMG signals, the ideal solution.
When patients visualize moving their missing fingers, it stimulates certain hand muscles they never realized they had before.
Re-Finger interprets these muscle signals and replicates patients’ finger movements accordingly.
